working closely with the client to determine how to integrate software and business processes, agreeing on requirements and preparing the specifications
selecting the technology and architecture design, detailing the functionalities of system components, preparing the technical design
writing, integrating and validating source code or algorithms
developing strategies for automatic and manual testing of function and performance
preparing technical documentation, training users and administrators and launching the software on the client’s system
writing a service level agreement regarding telephone consultations, updates, etc.
correcting problems under warranty, developing or modifying per client’s request
The terms of cooperation are matched to individual clients’ needs. The project can be carried out in FINGO’s office and/or on the client’s premises, under the direction of a FINGO employee or a person designated by the client. FINGO may participate in projects carried out by the client or offer IT outsourcing.
The cost of the project is settled on the basis of valuation of the whole project or its phases, and of hourly rates.
